The main Body of research i have focused on was on the some of the work featured in a book called Ctrl [___]
this book explores how designers and artists have reacted to panopticism it was a great insight into some of the different views on panopticism and some of the comparisons that where raised.
I focussed in on one piece in particular_
It is a piece called Ronde De Nuit by Lewis Baltz The piece is an instillation piece in the form of images all related to panopticism within society all around a digital face that depicts beauty.
This was a great piece in terms of informing and educating the audience on the subject however i feel that when i create my design out come i must apply some element that really gets the audience involved. As in my opinion this would communicate much more effectively if panopticism was directly applied to the audience without them knowing then actually showing how they where controlled as a docile body.
